SEO Specialist

Remote - Full Time

Responsibilities for SEO Specialist

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the our clients search engine results rankings
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Efficiently communicate with our marketing professionals to align goals
  • Collaborate with others within the organisation to manage SEO strategy
  • Write compelling and high-quality website support content, including page descriptions, titles, and updates to website and blog content
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Creation of SEO reports – Combination of Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Assessing and resolving technical SEO Issue with developer
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console set up and integration with multiple other platforms (HubSpot, SEMRush, Data Studio, etc)
  • Creation of Page Schemas for increasing rank factor

Qualifications and Requirements for SEO Specialist

  • Excellent English required
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Strong hands-on experience within Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience working on websites built on WordPress, Webflow and HubSpot
  • Experience with SEO industry platforms, such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog and GTMetrix
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry (Backlink and keyword)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
